EYFS School Trip - Thursday 1st December

Dear Parents & Carers,


On Thursday 1st December, Reception children (Owlets and Ducklings class) will be visiting Emmanuel Chapel, Satchfield Crescent, Henbury, Bristol BS10 7BN.

We will be walking to the Chapel at 1:30pm.

The walk will take approximately fifteen minutes, so no snacks will be required.  However, waterproof coats and comfortable shoes will be needed.

There is no cost for this trip, but parent/carers volunteers are always appreciated!

If you are available the afternoon of Thursday 1st December and would like to support our children in their visit, please let your child’s class teacher know.

At lunchtime, the wonderful cooks in our School chose two children who they believed used impeccable manners.  The two children chosen were from Owlets class.

Foundation Stage Christmas Performance...

One of the most *wonderful* times of the year is nearing.


Our Reception Christmas performance is
'The Sleepy Shepherd'
The dates for the performances are:

MONDAY 11TH DECCEMBER at 9:30PM

and

TUESDAY 12TH DECEMBER at 1:30PM


Today your child chose the character part they wanted to play. 
WE HAVE A VERY INTERESTING SELECTION OF CHARACTERS THIS YEAR!
 Letters were also sent out today.  Your child's character choice was highlighted.

If you require any help with costumes, please do not hesitate to ask.

session on Tuesday 18th October, 2016.

This week...

As it is meant to be particularly wet this this week., please can you ensure your Owlet brings their waterproof coat and wellies into School everyday as we do like to explore all weather conditions and one of our firm favourites is splashing in very peculiar shaped puddles?

Children In Need...



Thank you to Owlets children for donating money, wearing their own clothes and bringing their favourite soft toy into School in order to raise money for Children In Need today.

Owlets class raised £14.00 in total.
