What a *fabulous* first day we have had...

Today, Owlets children completed their first full day, which also included lunch!!

I was very proud of every child!

Tomorrow...

...Owlets class will open between

8:40 am until 8:50 am Monday to Thursday.

On Fridays, Owlets class will open 10 minutes earlier at 8:30 am until 8:50 am


The School day finishes at 3:15 pm


SCHOOL DINNERS:

You will be encouraged to support your child making their lunch choice if they are having School Dinners.

The whiteboard will be outside Owlets class door tomorrow morning. 

There will be a: Meat, Vegetarian, Halal (for Halal children only) and Salad bar option (with 1/2 jacket potato) available.  Please encourage your child to write their name under their chosen option.

If you need any help, Mrs Ainger-West will be on the door so please don't hesitate to ask.

When your child has put their coat, bag and water bottle away, please encourage your child to find their name and place it in either the school dinner or packed lunch box. 


PACKED LUNCHES:

If your child is having packed lunch, there will be a large yellow box under the snack tray where they can keep their packed lunch boxes.

PLEASE REMEMBER, ALL CHILDREN ARE ENTITLED TO FREE SCHOOL MEALS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 3 AND 7 YEARS OLD.

Feel free to alternate between packed lunch and school dinners during the week if you prefer.  You do not need to give your teachers any notice.

If you have any clean and empty plastic bottles, egg boxes, yoghurt pots, sweet wrappers, etc at home, please could you bring them into Owlets class as we need them for creating fantastic models?
